I am not good at cooking overnight recipes because I start craving the dish and time starts slowing down, but this recipe was worth waiting for. To mix the ingredients it took a few minutes but for it to be finished it must be left overnight, when waking up you wont have to worry about all the cooking. It will be a good morning rush breakfast!
- 1/4 Cup chia seeds
- 1 Cup milk of choice I used almond milk
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
1.) Mix all ingredients in blender
2.) Store it in a closed container overnight
3.) Serve with toppings of your choice I used banana, strawberry and mango
4.) And… bon appetit!
