Having breakfast is my favorite part of the day, making it nutritious and simple to prepare. This recipe is extremely SIMPLE, it only takes 5 ingredients to make. I will show you how to make this breakfast that will keep you full of energy throughout the day, you MUST try it!
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa (any type)
- 1/2 Vanilla Almond Milk
- Chia Seed (optional)
How to make:
1.) Mix quinoa and milk together. It can be prepared both hot or cold, I prefer my quinoa bowl hot.
2.) Place toppings of choice. I used sliced banana, strawberries, coconut flakes and pecans. You can also add Chia but that is optional.
