Just a little bit about myself

Hello everyone, my name is Ana Paula. I like to learn and have coffee dates. The reason I follow a healthy lifestyle is because I have too; due to acid reflux. Don't get me wrong I love this lifestyle. It helped me learn about the role nutrition plays in our everyday life. Our Lovely Start will not only talk about nutrition but will also talk about having a balanced and relaxing lifestyle.
