I like having granola in my pantry all the time only because it is the perfect topping for many foods. But brings me concern when buying granola from the supermarket is that most of the brands contain high levels of sugar in their products. These brands make a great job when marketing their sugar-loaded products. That is why I rather make it on my own. I know exactly what ingredients are in there. And plus it is super simple to make.

  • 3 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp PB2 ( powdered version of peanut butter)

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
  • Literally mix the ingredients together in a bowl
  • Then spread mixture into a parchment paper
  • Bake for 20 minutes. (Move eventually so it doesn’t burn)
