Whenever I eat unhealthy for a day I tend to feel bloated and with no energy but I will notice this the next morning when I wake up.  When this happens I like to drink a smoothie the next morning. Preferably a green smoothie or a smoothie full of fiber and vitamins that will make me feel better. Feeling bloated is something really common even more for some people and it is just uncomfortable. That is why in this post I will show you how to make three of my favorite de-bloating smoothies.

The first smoothie is a papaya smoothie. Many people hate this fruit but it is actually very beneficial for you. This fruit contains an enzyme (papain) that helps your digestion. It also helps digestions since it is a fruit high in fiber. This recipe is perfect if you feel bloated and also if you want to have energy throughout your day!



  • Papaya
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Oats
  • Cinnamon



  • 1/2 Pear
  • 1 Kiwi
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
