Whenever I eat unhealthy for a day I tend to feel bloated and with no energy but I will notice this the next morning when I wake up. When this happens I like to drink a smoothie the next morning. Preferably a green smoothie or a smoothie full of fiber and vitamins that will make me feel better. Feeling bloated is something really common even more for some people and it is just uncomfortable. That is why in this post I will show you how to make three of my favorite de-bloating smoothies.
