In life, we are mostly in a hurry. There are places we have to be things have to do; we are always busy. It is important to start living the present and enjoy one thing at a time. I made a research on what mindfulness is because I ‘ve heard so much about it and I want to learn more about the topic to put it into practice. Basically, mindfulness involves paying attention to your thoughts and feelings without thinking whether they are right or wrong. Mindfulness will help you improve your physical and mental health. In can help improve sleep, relieve stress and even treat depression. So as we can see it is this practice will bring many advantages to our lives. Some ways to practice mindfulness is to pay attention to our daily lives.
