Hello everyone! Happy Sunday! Welcome to Our Lovely Start today I want to talk about coffee.  I am writing this posts because I was drinking a cup of coffee this morning when I started thinking about what benefits does coffee actually bring. I realized there are more benefits than just the taste and smell of coffee.  I don’t drink coffee every day but when I do I drink it as a pre-workout and to feel better throughout my day. After making my research I choose six out of many reasons why coffee is beneficial for you and listed them below.
