These Energy Bites make me so happy. Especially because Peanut Butter is the main ingredient and who doesn’t like peanut butter.  I love the texture these energy bites.

You can add more protein to them and that’s exactly what I did; by adding hemp seeds and protein powder. What I like the most of these energy bites its how they taste frozen. Ingredients

  • 1 1/2  Cup Oats
  • 2 tbsp hemp seed
  • 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • 1/2 scoop PB  protein (Optional)
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Chocolate Chips


1.)  Add all Ingredients to a medium-size bowl. Use your hands to mix ingredients.

2..) Form dough into medium-sized balls

3.) If you can’t form them into balls try adding more PB to make mixture stickier

4.) Refrigerate balls for about half an hour
