This week I have learned everything about the carb cycle diet and it inspired me to make this easy low carb pancake recipe with protein!

It is very easy to make you just have to make sure to have the correct ingredients and the right measurements. The trick to this recipe is to slowly add milk until texture seems about right not too thick.

 

Ingredients: 1 egg and 2 egg whites

1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 coconut flour

1/8 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp vanilla

1 pinch salt

1 scoop protein ( I used vanilla protein)

1/3 Almond milk ( or until mixture looks good)

 

Steps:

1.) Add all ingredients or until mixture looks good

2.) Add 1/3 milk use more if texture is too thick
