This breakfast option is full of benefits. It is mainly a low calorie breakfast full of carbohydrates. It only consists of almonds, sweet potato, oats, milk, honey and cinnamon. (You can add toppings but that’s optional). Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cooked Sweet potato
  • 1 Cup oats
  • 1Cup milk or 3/4 milk
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Toppings:

  • Almonds
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Honey

1.) Combine oats, cinnamon and milk to saucepan and stir until milk starts boiling.

2.) Mash sweet potato separately and add to saucepan

3.) Stir until well combined

4.) When serving add Almonds and honey
